For those who just graduated; the first step after graduation to professional life is one of the most important and possibly the hardest times to decide. As DD, since 1993 we work with a young and dynamic team. Our policy about this subject is to prepare and educate new graduates not only to work within DD but also to work in the private sector. In our opinion, aside from being experienced, it is really important for one to have a curious soul and discipline.
