As part of our 30th anniversary acitivities, we published our "Conversations on Management" book and held our Traditional Iftar Program. Our Founder and Honorary Chairman Süleyman Erdemir handed over the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors to Zeynep Betül Topçu.
On our 25th anniversary, we arranged a panel named "Change Management on the Process of Corporate Development and Growth." As DD we passed the 25th year we have assisted around 200 corporations in 40 different fields with the "Corporate Development and Management Development" service. Also, we have served more than 400 corporations in the field of Human Resources and Education Consultancy. After all, we have assisted more than 600 corporations.
We moved to Town Ofis on the road of Basın Ekspres from the office in Mecidiyeköy that we had been operating for 15 years. We did our New Office Opening with the participation of leading people in the field of business and academic environment on October 24, 2017.
Over 22 years DD has always valued corporate information management and information privacy and accepted these values as a foundation in the service. As a result, DD became one of the first corporations to acquire the document of “ISO 27001 Information Security Management System” in December 2015 by completing the works and audit/documentation processes. With the change of corporation type, we became “Inc.”
In DD the next generation had become part of the management. Since 2010 Ahmet Nedim Erdemir had been working as a Project Coordinator as a phase of the Corporate Development and Manager Career Plan. And, in June 2013 he had been appointed to General Manager by the shareholder’s board.
We have made deals with a variety of corporations in Management, Education, Human Resources projects. In 2010 with the special offers, we made it easier for corporations to get professional assistance. Aside from the fact that we provided scholarships and internships to students, we made various presentations to future managers, in the universities and foundations.
In the regularly done Expert/Supervisor Consultation Meeting, we brought together the instructors to argue the importance of education from the view of KOBI. With the guidance of our experts and consultants to examine and solve the crises in the training, we made an Instruction Atelier within DD.
From the beginning to today DD has assisted corporations in the recruitment field. And in 2009, DD has acquired the necessary document of the “Private Employment Agency”, which was given by İŞKUR.
As we reached our 15th anniversary, we took pride in the fact that we have worked with hundreds of corporations from different sectors and public and non-governmental organizations. Moreover, we have given training to tens of thousands of employees. And, we continued to our services and deals without a break by adding more and more of them.
With the fourth Expert/Supervisor Consultation Meeting, the problems and solutions in the consultancy sector were examined. Due to our 15th anniversary, we arranged a panel named “Innovation” for the business world.
As a corporation that has always signed different projects and served with discipline and care, to employ proper personal to “Fire Department”, we have interviewed 6000 candidates and done psycho-technic tests to 2500 candidates.
We organized a panel named “Turkish Economy in 2005 and Expectations for 2006” and it draw immense attention.
We arranged the Expert/Supervisor Consultation Meeting that brought together the experts in the field to discuss and consult the problems of the consultancy sector and the vision for the next 10 years of DD.
As a leading organization in the sector, DD continues to guide the corporations to manage the change and prepare for the future with 10 years of experience.
In the 9th traditional Iftar organization, DD brought together the managers and entrepreneurs of more than 100 corporations as we had organized every year.
As a corporation that emphasizes the significance of the system, information, and human trilogy, DD continues on new projects with privacy the first principle of Management Consultancy.
In the process of restructuring instead of applying outdated models, corporations prefer the solutions, methods, and systems of DD which are specially designed but universal.
From the press release to the food industry in all of the sectors, the necessity of Management Consultancy had been starting to appear, DD assertively became one of the best in the sector.
In the training that was arranged by DD in the Çırağan Palace, with the participation of managers and entrepreneur of leading corporations the subject “How to make use of Management Consultancy” was discussed.
ESTABLISHMENT
In 1993, DD Management Center was established to serve in a different and qualified way in the Management Consultancy sector with the first headquarters building in Mecidiyeköy, Istanbul. In the same year, we started our first project with Kar Group of Companies.
