The Training Requirement Analysis

The most critical step for training activity is writing the right prescription for the right need. Trainings that are planned over stereotypical training titles generally create effects that remain on paper / so-called but are not reflected in the processes. Our experts visit your business and conduct a comprehensive "Training Requirement Analysis", questioning your real needs, recommending training titles suitable for this need, and revising their content specifically for you. If you have an existing training plan, they agree on the training plan to be proposed after reviewing the training plan together.

Trainer Determination and Organization

Among our expert portfolio, the most suitable trainer alternatives are determined by our experts according to the training needs, content, participant group, and date range and shared with you. When necessary, an evaluation is made among the trainer alternatives and the trainer is determined. After agreeing on the dates with the determined trainers, the training organization is carried out jointly by the corporation and DD employees. If necessary, an evaluation meeting is held between the trainer and the corporation via video or teleconference over the training content. All details are carefully planned to ensure that the training environment is perfect in all organizational processes.

Training and Reporting

While our trainers experience the training they have designed with the presentation tools suitable for the training content, together with the participants, a representative from our team accompanies the trainer in our training organizations due to corporate responsibility. Moreover, the representative ensures that training progresses according to plan throughout the organization and monitors that training is delivered as designed.
