DD Dynamics for Development Management Centre Inc. (referred to as “DD”), it is one of our basic principles to show the necessary sensitivity in all matters related to the processing, privacy, and security of personal data. In this sense, we attach great importance to the processing, recording, transfer, sharing, and storage of all kinds of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”) and we carry out our work in accordance with ISO 27001 Information Security Management System quality standards.
With full awareness of our responsibilities and in the capacity of data controller, we process, record, transfer, share and store personal data in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the official legislation as explained in this clarification text.
Your personal data in accordance with Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the PDPL;

In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, your personal data can be processed, pursuant to the above-mentioned scope, within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes for the continuation of DD's activities, transferred and archived to third parties deemed necessary (solution partners / trainers, consultancy institutions, suppliers, DD managers / employees, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, legally authorized private or legal persons).
The following personal data collected for the purposes of analyzing the institution and human resource structure in detail in management consultancy activities, making use of it in the processes of establishing and developing management systems, and communicating effectively during the service delivery phase;

• Identity, contact, CV and personal information of the company employees are provided and processed by DD. The processed information can also be shared with our trainers, experts and consultants with whom we cooperate within the project.
The following personal data collected for purposes such as the analysis of training needs in training consultancy activities, training planning and effective communication during the service delivery phase;

All the information you have shared with DD that is an İŞKUR-approved employment agency, for job placement and human resources consultancy activities, is processed as follows, as it is necessary for the establishment of employment contract within the framework of the legal relationship between the employee candidate and employer candidate:
• Obtaining and examining your personal information such as CV, cover letter, reference letter, certificate and special categories of personal data in order to determine your level of compatibility with the staff and institution we are looking for,
• Sharing your resume and other information with our consultancy firms for evaluation purposes,
• Making interviews about you with the people you include as a reference in your resume,
• If the process progresses positively, obtaining your identity information for the conclusion of the employment contract,
• Archiving your resume and other information in our database because of our responsibility to keep candidate information due to being a Private Employment Agency and the needs that may arise for different institutions/staffs.

Name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone, mobile phone, etc. contact information of the people we contact within the scope of all fields of activity for corporate communication activities such as greetings, announcements, invitations, promotions are kept, and these communications are not established if the people convey that they do not want to be contacted in this way via the links on the submissions.
Your personal data will be retained for the statutory time-out periods, which are necessary for the above-mentioned legislation or the purpose for which they are processed. After sharing your data with third parties and institutions for the above-mentioned purposes, the security of your data is not under the control of DD, and DD does not make any commitments or accept any responsibility on behalf of these institutions.

• Requesting information for the purpose of carrying out consultancy activities,

and based on different legal reasons can be collected, processed and transferred, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by PDPL in order for DD to continue its activities, for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text within the scope of the processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL.
In accordance with Article 11 of the PDPL, everyone has the following rights, regarding himself/herself by applying to the data controller;
• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
• If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the PDPL,
• Requesting notification of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself or herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Requesting compensation for the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
If you apply in writing to DD regarding your above-mentioned rights with the "PDPL Application Form" (click here to access the form), you will receive a free response within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost for DD, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
